- 30% down payment before commencement of work
- 30% mid way through the project
- 30% payment at roofing stage.
- 10% payment at handing over stage.

Submit forms electronically or to our offices at community 6

An offer letter will be issued to the prospective buyer.

Read and sign all available agreement forms
STEP - 6
Payments will be accepted in installments as follows:
STEP - 7
Land title certificate process shall be initiated on behalf of client after the initial deposit is received, and the completed certificate handed to client after 90% of building cost is paid.
