Purchase Procedure

    STEP - 1
    Complete an Application form
    (This can be obtained both online and in our offices at community 6, Tema)

    STEP - 2
    Select house type

    STEP - 3
    Submit forms electronically or to our offices at community 6

    STEP - 4
    An offer letter will be issued to the prospective buyer.

    STEP - 5
    Read and sign all available agreement forms

    STEP - 6
    Payments will be accepted in installments as follows:

    • 30% down payment before commencement of work
    • 30%  mid way through the project
    • 30% payment at roofing stage.
    • 10% payment at handing over stage.

STEP - 7
Land title certificate process shall be initiated on behalf of client after the initial deposit is received, and the completed certificate handed to client after 90% of building cost is paid.
