1. Where are you located?

We are located on the Accra-Aflao highway which is 10 minutes drive from the city centre and 18munites drive from the main Airport.

The Apple Gate residency is an exquisite development in the exclusive community 25 areas in Tema and it is just 12 minutes drive from the countries biggest shopping mall (Accra Mall) and also 15 minutes drive from the commercial centre of Accra.
 

2. What are your added advantages?

3. How will the estate be managed?

The estate will be managed by an estate management company and their responsibilities will include rubbish collection, replacement of burnt out street bulb, maintaining lawn and maintaining general security of the area.
 

4. Can I provide my own design?

Yes. Our quantity surveyor team will decide with the client the cost structure and other issues before commencement of project.
 

5. Will children have play area?

Yes, there is a play area for kids in the community. The kids play area is technically designed to create wider space for kids to run around freely and safely.
 

6. How do I get updated on the progress of my house?

We update our client on the progress of their project through our interactive website. The customer will be given a login user name and a password to access the website.
 

7. Can I make changes to the internal arrangement of the building as construction progress?

Yes you are allowed to make changes in the internal arrangement of the building but will attract extra cost and the amount will depend on the extent of changes.
 

8. How is the security provision in the community different from the others?

Security will be provided by a private security firm and CCTV camera shall be employed at vantage point which will be monitored by security at the entrance gate. Security briefings by security personnel will also be arranged occasionally.
 

9. What kind of infrastructure are you providing in the community?

The Infrastructure in the community will include

A landscape architect has been contracted to improve the landscaping within and around the estate and in addition to over two million trees and plants being planted to help in reducing the overall carbon foot print and to contribute in preventing further global warming.
 

12. How can I make payments for the house I intended to purchase?

Payment may be made in the following ways:

i. Payment may be made directly into our local bank account. (The bank details will be made available to you upon your request.)

ii. Our foreign clients also have the flexibility to make payment directly into our account through intermediary banks. The details will also be made available to you upon your request.
 

13. Can I arrange for my own mortgage?

Yes. The mortgage business in Ghana is gradually picking up. Currently Ghana Homes Loans, HFC Bank, Fidelity Bank and some few others are providing mortgage facilities at a competitive rate to prospective home buyers, details will be provided upon your request.
 

14. What kind of ownership interest will I have in the land?

Our premier site is currently located near community 25, a fast developing area in Tema. Apple Gate offers a vast array of architectural designs to fit every lifestyle. There are facilities like community swimming pool, tennis court, and a club house with gym and a business and commercial centre. 15. Do I have a defects liability period on a building I purchase?

You will have a sub-lease interest in the property for a maximum period of ninety nine years subject to renewal.
 

16. Do you include appliances in the base price of each of your buildings?

Our standard or base price includes a number of appliances which is standard to us but an option to other real-estate firms. Appliances like gas cooker, microwave oven, extractor etc.
 

17. What interesting landmarks are closer to your site?

Interesting land marks or places around the site include the Tema country Golf Course which is just about 3 miles away, Central University Campus which is also about 7 miles away and the Kotoka International Airport which is the main International airport is 20 miles away from the site. Other future development around include training complex for the National Black Stars soccer team, Headquarters of the National Institute of Journalism, The proposed National Airport etc.
 

18. Where is your office located?

We are at the ground floor room 1, Vermont Plaza building opposite ECG Training school, Community 6 Junction, Tema.
 

19. How long does it take you to complete one house?

Because we pay particular attention to the details our average delivery time is 12 month. This largely depends on the terms of payment. Outright cash payment will however speed up our rate of construction.
 

20. Do I get to see a model house before I buy?

Yes. We are currently putting up 4 different models for our prospective client like you to choose from.
